Walbrook PR, which provides high quality Financial PR and Investor Relations to Small Cap and AIM listed companies, announces its appointment as Financial PR & Investor Relations advisor to AIM quoted One Health Group plc (AIM: OHGR), an independent provider of NHS-funded medical procedures.

NHS patients are able to exercise their statutory right to choose One Health as a provider of care through ‘Patient Choice’ after visiting their GP. One Health provide treatment in the areas of Orthopaedics, Spine, General Surgery, Gynaecology and Urology.

The account will be led by Alice Woodings, a Director within the Healthcare team, alongside Paul McManus, Managing Director. The team will manage the Company’s ongoing communications with the financial media, research analysts and non-institutional investors, including new and existing private investors.

On 23 June, One Health is expected to announce financial results in-line with the recent trading update with full year revenues of £28m (+22% organic growth). The Company is growing, profitable and dividend paying (2024: 6.1p per share). The Company expects to deliver further growth through the establishment of a network of surgical hubs, with the first Surgical Hub in the north of England expected to deliver significant additional operating capacity in 2026.
